Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of NDSC Lab (the "Service") operated by Norta DeSyCo OU (the "Provider").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts and roles

The Service offers three roles: User, Contributor, and Admin. Roles and their permissions are described on the platform documentation.

3. Content and licensing

Contributors retain ownership of content they upload. By default, content is licensed under CC-BY 4.0 unless the Contributor selects a different license per item. Contributors warrant that they have the right to publish each item.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; impersonate others; attempt to circumvent platform security; or harass other users.

5. Takedowns

Rights-holders may report infringing content via /legal/takedown. The Provider will review within 48 hours.

6. Data and privacy

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and your data from your account settings.

7. Termination

The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes prompt re-acceptance. Material changes are dated and versioned.

10. Governing law

The Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Norta DeSyCo OU is incorporated.
